Invest in your own whole beef. You get the whole cow! You get to choose the cuts you would like from your beef. All beef is labeled and packaged in clear plastic. Hanging weight of calf varies by how old each calf is. Our goal hanging weight for a whole calf is 600 lbs. Your calf is fed grain once daily, has access to fresh water and grass 24/7 and is fed hay that we produce ourselves. Popular cuts include ribeye steaks, New York strip steak, and brisket. Price is per pound hanging weight. ***Hanging weight is not the pounds of meat you will receive. Hanging weight is what the calf weighs when it is butchered, bones still intact** Processing and kill fee is included in our price per pound. **Price per pound is $7 per pound hanging weight.**
Our whipped tallow is our favorite and most requested tallow product! It is made with three simple ingredients. Made with only local rendered tallow, jojoba oil and essential oils. Scents include lavender, frankincense, and unscented.
Lavender- Our customers favorite! Lavender helps reduce stress and anxiety. It can also help with sleep and treat minor skin irritations.
Frankincense- Our favorite scent! Particularly good for anti-aging. Benefits include anti inflammatory, antimicrobial, and rejuvenating skin properties. We have also had customers use it to help with sunburn.
Unscented- Mild and clean scent with a hint of orange oil. We had a little orange essential oil to our unscented tallow products. The orange essential oil helps with mood boosting and helps improve skin health.
